1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or browsing the Sarvadic Herbal website (sarvadicherbal.com) or placing orders via our official WhatsApp channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated policies.

2. Handcrafted Botanical Products

Our formulations—including our cold-process herbal soaps and 100% herbal hair oil—are handcrafted in small artisan batches in Vadodara, Gujarat. Because we use natural whole herbs, cold-pressed plant oils, and mineral clays, subtle variations in natural color, herbal scent, and physical bar weight (±5g) may occur naturally from batch to batch. Such variations represent the hallmark of authentic small-batch craftsmanship and do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

All product prices listed on our website are in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and inclusive of applicable goods taxes. Delivery charges may apply based on destination pincode and parcel weight, communicated transparently prior to order confirmation on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to modify retail pricing at any time without retroactive impact on already confirmed orders.

4. Cosmetic & Health Disclaimer

Sarvadic Herbal products are botanical cosmetic personal care goods intended for external topical use only. They are not pharmaceutical drugs and are not formulated, advertised, or intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any systemic medical disease. We strongly recommend reading complete ingredient labels and performing a 24-hour patch test prior to full topical application.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including brand logos, product names, formulation descriptions, educational journal articles, and product imagery—is the intellectual property of Sarvadic Herbal and protected by Indian copyright and trademark regulations. Unauthorized duplication or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from website use or product purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
